LSI Industries Inc. (Nasdaq: LYTS) has agreed to acquire Verticus Corp., a Beaverton, Ore.-based maker of automated network control systems and software for the management of indoor and outdoor lighting systems. Beats Audio, an audio tech company whose backers include HTC, is in talks to acquire subscription-based music service MOG, as first reported by Business Insider. MOG has raised around $25 million in VC funding from Gracenote, Simon Equity Partners, Universal Music Group, Sony BMG, Menlo Ventures and Balderton Capital.
