FORTUNE — We haven’t seen this much of Jony Ive — Apple’s (AAPL) senior vice president for design — since he was knighted by Princess Anne in 2012.

Last week it was a book — Leander Kahney’s Jony Ive: The genius behind Apple’s greatest products.

Tonight it’s a fundraiser at Southeby’s for Bono’s Project (RED).

And on Friday it was a Charlie Rose bonanza: a long interview with friend and fellow designer Marc Newson that Rose has merchandized in a form to fit every schedule:

• A 40-minute version on Hulu.
• The 6-minutes that aired Friday on CBS This Morning.
• Two 90-second YouTube clips: The one above with Ive alone, and the one below with Newson and Ive.

My favorite bit is Ive expanding on Newson’s quip that the vision the two designers share is that they hate the same things:

“Part of the human condition is that we sense care,” Ive says. “And sometimes it’s easier to realize you sense carelessness. We’re surrounded… so much of our manufactured environment testifies to a complete lack of care.”
