Samsung’s promotion comes at a time when the likes of Facebook’s Oculus (FB) and HTC (HTC) are offering their initial VR platforms, Rift and Vive respectively. Early adopters of either platform are faced with a steep initial cost, which can push into the thousands of dollars once a PC powerful enough to power the headsets are factored in.

While the official premiere for Samsung’s latest smartphone is March 11, some customers have received their orders early. They can get a head start on submitting the necessary information to speed up delivery.

As reported by Android news site Droid Life, new Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge owners can visit the Gear VR offer page to file a claim. Any Galaxy S7 purchases between Feb. 23 and March 18 qualify for the promotion, according to Samsung, with a March 31 deadline for filing proof of purchase.

Filling out the form is simple and straightforward. You’ll need to select the retailer where you purchased the smartphone and provide details specific to your device such as its electronic serial number. Additionally, Samsung requires a copy of your receipt to process the claim.

In addition to the free virtual reality headset, T-Mobile customers will receive a complimentary one-year Netflix subscription. Verizon customers will have the option of picking a Gear VR and the game bundle, or Samsung’s latest smartwatch, the Gear S2.

Delivery of the free kit will take up to six weeks, according to Samsung.
