Career website Glassdoor today released its ninth annual Employees’ Choice Awards, a list of the 50 best companies to work for in the coming year. Facebook was crowned as the number one tech company to work for in 2017, displacing Airbnb.

This isn’t the first time Facebook has topped the list. Airbnb was first for 2016, Google (GOOGL) led for 2015, and Twitter (TWTR) won for 2014. But before that, Facebook (FB) was the top tech company for three years straight (2011, 2012, and 2013).

This year, Airbnb and Google also made the list, but Twitter did not. That’s not too surprising, given the social networking company’s ongoing woes—employees aren’t exactly in high spirits.

There were 20 tech companies in the top 50 this year. That’s down slightly from 21 tech companies last year.

Here are the tech companies on this year’s U.S. list (ratings are based on a five-point scale, from 1.0 as very dissatisfied to 5.0 as very satisfied):

  • Facebook (#2, 4.5 rating)
  • Google (#4, 4.4 rating)
  • World Wide Technology (#5, 4.4 rating)
  • Fast Enterprises (#6, 4.4 rating)
  • LinkedIn (#8, 4.4 rating)
  • Adobe (#9, 4.3 rating)
  • Paylocity (#14, 4.3 rating)
  • SAP (#15, 4.3 rating)
  • MathWorks (#16, 4.3 rating)
  • Salesforce (#17, 4.3 rating)
  • Intuit (#20, 4.3 rating)
  • Docusign (#23, 4.3 rating)
  • Concur (#24, 4.3 rating)
  • Akamai (#25, 4.3 rating)
  • Zillow (#29, 4.2 rating)
  • NVIDIA (#30, 4.2 rating)
  • Airbnb (#35, 4.2 rating)
  • Apple (#36, 4.2 rating)
  • Microsoft (#37, 4.2 rating)
  • Texas Instruments (#42, 4.2 rating)

Every year, tech companies are prominently displayed on such lists. After all, jobs in the tech industry are well compensated.

Facebook and Google consistently outperform their competitors — the duo always seems to make the top 10. Apple (AAPL) doesn’t come close (it’s down to #36 from #25 last year) but it does always make the list. Microsoft (MSFT), on the other hand, had not shown up in the past few years, but this year managed to place at #37.

The Employees’ Choice Awards is based on the input of employees who choose to provide feedback (at least 1,000 must respond) on their job, work environment, and company via an anonymous online company review survey. Glassdoor then uses a “proprietary algorithm” to determine an overall ranking “based on the quantity, quality, and consistency of reviews.”

In other words, these results are based on what employees anonymously tell Glassdoor about their employer. These include the best reasons to work for a given company, the downsides, how satisfied they are with their company overall, how they feel their CEO is leading the company, as well as key workplace attributes like career opportunities, compensation, benefits, culture, values, senior management, and work-life balance.

Facebook employees are clearly happy with the company. Based on its track record, it’s consistently the best tech company you could work for.
