Good morning, Broadsheet readers! The drama over the Rockettes’ inauguration performance continues, men are still refusing to take “pink collar” jobs, and the search for Megyn Kelly’s replacement is on. Have a great Thursday.

EVERYONE'S TALKING

• Dancing around it. Have you been following the saga of the Rockettes, who will perform at Donald Trump's inauguration—despite the fact that many of the dancers don't support the president-elect and resent being dragged into the political fray? Marie Claire has been all over the story, running an interview with an anonymous Rockette who spoke out about her concerns and those of her fellow dancers, and a piece that details what Madison Square Garden executive chairman James Dolan had to say about the controversy during an internal meeting.

Now the Madison Square Garden Company is accusing Marie Claire of behaving unethically by publishing snippets from that meeting, which was secretly recorded by an attendee.

The meeting notes will feel familiar to anyone who has tried to explain their concerns to management, only to see them brushed aside. And while the company is stressing that no dancer will be forced to perform on Jan. 20, it's not hard to imagine that the Rockettes feel pressure to do what Dolan—their boss—so clearly wants them to do.

ALSO IN THE HEADLINES

• Keeping up with Kelly... The ability to spend more time with her family was reportedly a big factor in Megyn Kelly's decision to leave Fox News and join NBC. (NBC offered the anchor a daytime show that would allow her to be home for dinner most nights). Claire Zillman notes that this is not the first time work-life balance has played an important role in Kelly's career. Indeed, at Fortune's 2014 Most Powerful Women Summit, Kelly told Sheryl Sandberg that it was grueling hours that drove her out of the legal profession and into her first journalism job. Fortune

• ...and her replacement. And now that Kelly is headed for the door, who will fill her 9pm time slot at Fox News? A number of women are reportedly in contention for the spot, including Kimberly Guilfoyle, one of the co-hosts of The Five; Trish Regan, who currently hosts The Intelligence Report with Trish Regan; and Supreme Court reporter and America's News Headquarters anchor Shannon Bream. Fortune

• The pink penalty. While most of the fastest-disappearing jobs (think machine operator) are male dominated, men are not flocking to growing professions like health aides. Why? These "pink collar" jobs have been traditionally held by women and are therefore stigmatized and lower paid. New York Times

• A sharp improvement. In an effort to combat gendered pricing, British supermarket chain Tesco has slashed the price of women's razors to match that of men's, thanks to a push from Labor Party politician Paula Sheriff. Previously, the price for women's razors was twice the price of the men's equivalent. Fortune

• Lost and found. This touching article tells the story of how Jennifer Love, D.C.'s first full-time forensic anthropologist, spent two years on an—ultimately successful—quest to identify the body of a woman who died in the District. Washington Post

MOVERS AND SHAKERS: Martha Minow, dean of Harvard Law School, will step down at the end of the academic year. President Barack Obama has renominated Federal Communications Commissioner Jessica Rosenworcel.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT

• Court is in session. Serena Williams played her first match since losing to Karolina Pliskova in the U.S. Open semifinals in September, beating Pauline Parmentier in the first round of the ASB Classic. Williams says the time off the court has "made a world of difference" and has helped her deal with the incredibly high expectations that rest on her. New York Times

• Brochella no more? Beyoncé will headline day two of Coachella this year, marking the first time that a woman has had top billing at the festival since Björk appeared in 2007. Vanity Fair

• Ms. Trump goes to Washington. Ivanka Trump has closed a deal for a house in the Washington, D.C. neighborhood of Kalorama. Washingtonian

• A MAC makeover. Caitlyn Jenner has announced her first complete makeup collection, MAC x Caitlyn Jenner (she teamed up with the brand last spring for a single lipstick shade). MAC says the new line will "proudly champion all ages, all races and all sexes." Billboard

QUOTE

I guess in my heart of hearts I wanted it to happen, but I didn’t really think it would’ve ever gone viral. I don’t even know how to go viral.
