Gray Malin is renowned for his dreamy photographs from around the world, which would inspire wanderlust in even the deep-rooted homebody. His subjects range from pristine beaches with striped umbrellas along the Italian Riviera to a recent collection depicting dogs living the life they deserve at The Beverly Hills Hotel.

Malin is returning to one of his favorite locations, Hawaii, with a new series produced in collaboration with the Four Seasons hotel group.

Showcasing three resorts across three islands in particular—the Four Seasons Resort Hualālai, the Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea, and the Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina—Malin’s photographs are meant to celebrate the natural beauty of the islands.

“Hawaii is such a special place for me and my family,” Malin said in a statement. “My ethos has always centered on translating the spirit of travel and adventure through photography, creating memorable moments, and bringing people together. My collection with Four Seasons Resorts Hawaii mirrors that mindset by showcasing the renowned, picturesque island landscapes and capturing the spirit of aloha for people across the globe.”

And while at first glance those photos might look like they were shot by drone—but they’re most certainly not. Malin is both a fine art and aerial photographer, and for this series, he went old school by hanging out from a doorless helicopter to shoot his signature perspective.

At each of the three resorts, the Gray Malin X Four Seasons Resorts Hawaii will be integrated throughout the guest experience. Examples include a full takeover at Hualālai’s Beach Tree Pool with acrylic trays and custom design elements throughout; a “Gray Malin Kokomo” cocktail with local coconut, lime, and mint; personalized recommendations of Malin’s favorite activities at each of the resorts; and curated products showcasing the collection available at each of the resort shops.

Guests staying in the Four Seasons Resort Hualālai’s newly redesigned villas can also enjoy copies of Malin’s coffee table books within their suites.

The Four Seasons in Maui will outfit four poolside luxury cabanas at the adults-only Serenity Pool with custom Gray Malin furnishings creating an immersive experience. And large prints of Malin’s artwork will be displayed in each cabana alongside decorative pillows, acrylic trays, and poolside games to play while sipping on the aforementioned Gray Malin Kokomo cocktail.

The Four Seasons in O’ahu will similarly display Malin’s artwork within its luxury cabanas at its adults-only infinity pool with the signature cocktail on the menu. And a curated collection of Malin’s fine art photography will be installed in the resort’s newly remodeled penthouse suite, featuring the Ko Olina series.

The collection will be unveiled on property on Tuesday, February 1. For the rest of the world , photos of the collection will be available on the photographer’s e-commerce site, GrayMalin.com.

While the series might inspire some people to book a Hawaiian vacation immediately, there is another way to get to these resorts. Four Seasons Resorts Hawaii is launching a social media contest on Feb. 2, in which one winner will receive two nights free at each of the three resorts, including cabana service, spa treatments, dinner for two, and a a few Gray Malin goodies: a coffee table book signed by Malin as well as the choice of one large, framed piece from the Gray Malin x Four Seasons Resort Hawaii collection.
