• S&P Global (No. 305) appointed Firdaus Bhathena EVP and Chief Technology and Transformation Officer, effective April 27. Bhathena previously served as EVP and Global Chief Technology Officer at FIS Global (No. 402), and served as SVP and Enterprise Chief Digital Officer at CVS Health (No. 5) before that.

Retailing

• Home Depot (No. 24) named Franziska “Fran” Bell EVP and CTO, effective April 6. Bell was most recently with Ford Motor (No. 19) as Chief Data, AI, and Analytics Officer.

Technology

• Broadcom (No. 88) appointed Amie Thuener CFO, effective June 12. Thuener currently serves as VP, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at Alphabet (No. 7) and will succeed Kirsten M. Spears, who is retiring.

Transportation

• Alaska Air Group (No. 362) appointed Lindsay-Rae McIntyre as Chief People Officer. McIntyre previously served as Chief Diversity Officer and Corporate VP of Talent and Learning for Microsoft (No. 14) and worked in HR at IBM (No. 68) before that. McIntyre succeeds Andy Schneider, who left the role last September to become CEO of Horizon Air, Alaska’s regional affiliate.
