Planning your 2025 vacation? Check out the latest sign-up bonus for Expedia’s One Key credit cards, which could help defray hundreds of dollars in travel expenses.

From February 5 to April 1, new One Key cardholders can snag up to $600 in OneKeyCash with minimal effort. One Key is Expedia Group’s loyalty program, and customers can use OneKeyCash rewards for purchases on Expedia.com, Hotels.com, and Vrbo to book hotels, vacation rentals, and flights.

The and are among my favorites, since their travel cash rewards provide more straightforward value for travel planning than other varieties of credit card loyalty perks.

One Key is terrific for families who prefer vacation rentals. Last spring, I booked a family getaway through Vrbo, renting a penthouse apartment for a week-long stay in Oaxaca, Mexico. With every dollar spent on the rental, I earned OneKeyCash that I used to book a food tour in Marseille, France via Expedia. The whole process was seamless: Rewards from one platform transformed into a cultural experience on another.

This cross-platform flexibility is the secret sauce for One Key rewards, making it a good choice for travelers who value simplicity and versatility, as it lets you tailor travel plans to your needs while maximizing the value of your spending.

Compare One Key travel credit cards

Expedia Group offers two One Key credit cards, issued by Wells Fargo. The One Key Card and One Key+ Card both earn rewards in the form of OneKeyCash. Here’s a quick comparison of the features of each card:

The current One Key limited-time sign-up bonuses make these cards even more enticing. The no-annual-fee One Key card offers $400 in OneKeyCash after spending just $1,000 in three months, which is enough for a couple of nights at a mid-range hotel or significant savings on airfare.

The premium One Key+ card ups the ante with $600 in rewards after spending $3,000 in three months, and adds perks like an annual $100 anniversary travel credit and Global Entry/TSA PreCheck reimbursement.

Of the two cards, the One Key+ card makes the most sense since you’re already shopping with Expedia. The $100 annual credit offsets the annual fee and you’re earning a higher rate on everyday purchases with the One Key+ over the standard One Key card.

Both cards also reward everyday spending with 3% back at grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants, which are categories that make it easy to rack up rewards quickly even when you’re not traveling.

Are One Key travel credit cards right for you?

If you’re someone who enjoys squeezing every last ounce of value from travel rewards programs by transferring points to partners or hunting for outsized redemptions, these cards might not be the best fit for you. The fixed redemption rate means there’s no opportunity for “hacking” higher values, like you get with the Chase trifecta.

However, if you’re looking for a straightforward way to turn your spending into travel opportunities without the hassle of complicated rules or restrictions, the One Key cards are hard to beat. The ability to earn across platforms like Vrbo and redeem seamlessly through Expedia or Hotels.com adds convenience for travelers who want flexibility without sacrificing value.

The program has extra value for those who prefer “slow travel”, as Vrbo reports you can save up to 10% on weekly stays and 19% on monthly stays. If you’re earning extra OneKeyCash with your extended stays, the rewards can add up very quickly.

For families who prefer vacation rentals or travelers who book packages through Expedia Group’s online platforms regularly, the One Key cards offer an easy path to turning everyday purchases into extraordinary experiences— like the Marseille food tour where I tasted madeleines that I’ll never forget.
