Our Experience with Grüns Superfood Gummies

Grüns Superfood Gummies come in convenient, single serving packs with eight gummies per serving. The original flavor is available as both low sugar and sugar-free, and right now the brand has a strawberry vanilla flavor.

The gummies have over 60 ingredients, according to the brand, and include 20 vitamins and minerals along with adaptogens, prebiotics, antioxidants, greens, and more. They’re vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO, dairy-free, nut-free, and contain no artificial ingredients.

Carter tested Grüns and provided feedback on taste, formulation, value, and more. Read on for his full review.

What We Liked

Here’s what our tester rated highly after trying Grüns Superfood Gummies.

  • Formulation (5 out of 5): Our tester likes that the gummies have antioxidants, adaptogens, mushrooms, and prebiotics. “The brand has done clinical tests on their products to verify nutrient absorption, which is detailed on their site,” said Carter.
  • Taste (5 out of 5): “The original flavor tastes like gummy bears, but slightly less artificial,” Carter said. Plus, I (the writer, Christina) have tried the new strawberry vanilla flavor, which is creamy and sweet without being too overpowering. Both flavors mask the greens taste well.
  • Side effects (5 out of 5): “I haven’t felt any side effects personally,” Carter stated. He noted that reviewers online love the convenience, taste, and energy boost they get from the gummies. Users also mention the digestive benefits as being helpful without any side effects.

What We Would Change

Here’s what our tester would improve about Grüns Superfood Gummies.

  • Price (3 out of 5): The original price for 28 servings is $79.99 as of this writing, or about $2.86 per serving. It’s one of the most expensive multivitamins/greens supplements that we’ve tested. Even with the subscribe and save discount, it still costs at least $40 a month to consistently have these gummies on hand.
  • Testing procedures (4 out of 5): While the company shares on its website that it does use third-party testing, the specific third party is not mentioned anywhere on their website. “I was impressed by the brand’s summary of the study they did, and its setup along with results, though,” Carter said.
  • Sugar content (1 out of 5): There are two sweetness options for Grüns–low sugar and sugar-free. The low sugar option contains 8 grams of sugar, which is higher than many gummy supplements, which tend to have 3-4 grams of sugar max. It’d be great if the low sugar option was truly lower in sugar.
