The investor has plans to give the winner of the office pool $100,000 in an “ultimate office bracket contest,” according to the Wall Street Journal, citing his interview on CNBC on Monday morning.

But that’s not all: Buffett also plans to give even more money to the employee who can correctly guess all the games in the first two rounds of this year’s NCAA basketball tournament. That person will win $1 million a year for the rest of his or her life, the newspaper reported.

“This year, if you’re employed by Berkshire Hathaway or any subsidiary, tomorrow, March 1st, you’re eligible for the ultimate office bracket contest,” Buffett explained, detailing the $100,000 prize and the $1 million a year for life prize.

In 2014, Buffett held a $1 billion NCAA bracket, although no one won it, as Fortune reported at the time.
