(Nasdaq: KEYW) has agreed to acquire SenSage Inc., a Redwood City, Calif.-based provider of security information and event management systems, for upwards of $34.5 million in cash and stock. BuzzFeed, a New York-based social media producer and aggregator, has acquired Kingfish Labs, a New York-based provider of Facebook data analytics. No financial terms were disclosed.
